Treatment Sessions

  • Physiotherapy Follow-Up — £75 (30 minutes)
  • Treatment session including rehabilitation progression and load management.
  • Extended Rehabilitation Session — £95 (45 minutes)
  • Ideal for complex injuries or return‑to‑run progression.

Specialist Running Services

  • Stress Fracture Consultation — £110 (60 minutes)
  • Bone stress injury assessment and structured return‑to‑run planning
  • Return-to-Run Program — £140 (initial session)
  • Structured rehabilitation and running progression after injury.

Online Consultations

  • Remote Injury Consultation — £60 (30 minutes)
  • Video assessment and rehabilitation planning.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to the full charge of the service rate.
  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, via email or phone call, will be processed without a penalty.
