Why Stride Lab

Your body is connected, so your care should be too.

Dedicated specialists

Work with clinicians and coaches selected around your symptoms, training history, and goals.

Joined-up planning

We connect diagnosis, rehab, and performance rather than treating them as separate stages.

Runner-focused care

Built around the needs of runners balancing training, injury recovery, and busy working lives.

Training data & injury risk

A more complete picture of why injuries happen.

Many running injuries are not caused by one single event. They often develop when training load increases faster than the body can adapt. At Stride Lab, we review training data from platforms such as Strava and Garmin Connect alongside your symptoms, running history, and movement assessment.

This helps us understand not just where it hurts, but why the injury may have developed — so your rehab plan is more precise and your return to running is more confident.
